Confirmation/Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy at Rose Cottage Nails**
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure fairness and manage our schedule effectively, we adhere to the following cancellation and booking policy:
1. **Cancellation or Rescheduling**:
**More than 72 Hours**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance.
2 - **Less than 48 Hours**: Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will require full payment of the scheduled service.
3. **Frequent Changes**: Clients who cancel or reschedule more than twice within 7 days of their appointments more than twice in a 3-month period will be required to pay the full amount of future appointments in advance.
4. **Late Arrivals**: We ask that you arrive promptly for your appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened or canceled appointments, and you will be charged in full.
5. **Salon Cancellations**: In the rare event that we need to cancel an appointment, your deposit will be fully rolled forward to your next booking.
6. **Aftercare**: Please follow the aftercare advice provided during your appointment to ensure the best results. If you have any issues or are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us during your appointment. We are here to make it right!
7. **Nail Fixes**: Should you need a nail fix within 72 hours of your appointment, and if appointment slots are available, we can offer this service free of charge, thereafter £3 - £5 per nail.
